What we can show for home water
No residential test report or customer letter is on file for this unit, so no figures are shown here. In the manufacturer’s own words: the home water system “prevents scale from building up inside your hot water heater” (Garrett Shivo interview, 1:21), and the classic presentation’s home segment covers scale in hot-water tanks, softer laundry and less detergent (2:20 on YouTube; the player is in the classic presentation on the proof page). Installation
Cable ties are included. Strap the unit around the outside of the line with them — nothing is cut and nothing plugs in. Existing scale is dissolved gradually rather than at once (data sheet); no time figure is on file.
